Symbols give us a physical manifestation of the truths we believe in. I marvel at their grace. These charms form bridges between that which is in our heart and the world, separate from the believe system in which they are found.

The gemstone mosaics remind me of stained glass windows because of the way the light plays with them. They are also inspired by the remnants of intricate ancient mosaics I saw while traveling in Greece. I love that they are not perfect and hold odd beads as well as strangely wrapped silver or sterling wire. The wood frame lends a little earthliness to these ethereal creations. No two are ever alike.
