I invite you to contact me to place an order or inquire about any of the pieces in the Artwear collection.
Modifying a design or working with a clients existing/heirloom jewelry requires a consultation in which we agree on the work to be done. Work will commence after a written agreement and a 50% deposit is received. The client is responsible for insuring their materials if they are of significant monetary value.
Rates vary depending on the chosen shipping method. Shipping charges include insurance. All shipping cost will be itemized on your receipt and a tracking number will be provided.
All items are gift wrapped in boxes or satin pouches. The purchase price is not listed and handwritten gift notes can be included in your order. Bubble wrap and shipping boxes make sure your items will arrive in perfect condition.
Payments can be made via check, Visa or Mastercard.
If an Artwear piece has a defect due to its construction I will gladly repair it free of charge. For all other repairs a small fee will be required to cover labor, materials and shipping. Please contact me for an estimate.
I want you to love your jewelry! If you are unhappy with your purchase, with the exception of custom orders, items may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchanged. Inquiry regarding a return needs to happen within 14 days of my original shipping date to you.
